interesting article in the NYT Travel section detailing Vietnam’s goal to become a golf destination in SE Asia…
it’s still years behind places like Indonesia, lacking developed infrastructure and having courses that seem to require significant manicuring. but this does highlight Vietnam’s growing economic status in the region and potential as a luxury travel destination

Disappointing… it would have been nice to pull off an upset against UCLA at Pauley. Shipp’s shot was pretty amazing (though technically it should not have counted).
