Great NYT article on UCLA’s third consecutive appearance in the Final Four. It’s nice being in Westwood during this exciting time; will be watching the Memphis game with my Bruin friends this Saturday. They’re preparing powder-blue and gold Jello (shots) for the occasion.

Saw Usher and his wife at Chanel. Told him I think he’s amazing and that I like him better than Justin Timberlake, which made him laugh. The second part is a lie, but he enjoyed the comment.

Disappointing… it would have been nice to pull off an upset against UCLA at Pauley. Shipp’s shot was pretty amazing (though technically it should not have counted). In LA for the weekend.
Had lunch at Milk yesterday. Their hot-pressed herb roasted chicken sandwich was particularly good. Dinner at Orris on Sawtelle was disappointing. But I soon got over it with dessert at Pinkberry.
