Murakami retrospective opening in Brooklyn this Saturday. On display: dozens of his oil paintings, wallpaper, sculptures, drawings and an animation feature. Cannot wait… missed it when it first opened at LA’s MOCA last winter.

Legendary venture investor Tom Perkins is putting his yacht The Maltese Falcon up for sale… for a cool $180M. NYT article here: ”The 288-foot, three masted clipper has 11,000 square feet of living space. While the vessel is modeled on a 19th-century clipper ship, it’s tricked out with the latest technology.”

Saw Usher and his wife at Chanel. Told him I think he’s amazing and that I like him better than Justin Timberlake, which made him laugh. The second part is a lie, but he enjoyed the comment.
